I have a trigger for the F and the mounting threads do not come to the top of the unit, thus I cannot mount it to anything. Am I missing an adapter or
something. I appreciate your time.

I assume you are talking about the pistol grip I or II model.
then most likely the mounting post is missing it is a insert that mounts to the bottom of the camera and fits into the hole in the top of the grip. There are two types and are not interchangeable A hard to find item on its own it should have been in the top of the grip as it is not a accessory but a part of it. You will have more luck finding a complete grip, that finding the missing part. cheers douglas |
