Yes, it certianly is a Nikon 1 era lens. My Nikon 1 #60969, has the same lens, #70862...just 9 digits earlier than the one in this auction. We can only guess which Nikon 1 it was originally sold with...and where that camera body is now! This auction could be a bit of a sleeper.....at $1,200.00 with 2+ days to go. A very good day for the seller who did not even have any knowledge of this lens. Sold for $1,813.88!!
