GENTLEMEN....
I JUST LEARNED THAT THE BOAT MADE IT TO LOS ANGELES PORT! FOLLOWING XRAYING AND CLEARING LA IT GOES TO PORTLAND OREGON THEN BY TRUCK TO MY WAREHOUSE. THEY SHOULD BE THERE WHEN I RETURN FROM THE NETHERLANDS ON MONDAY THE 18TH. THEN I GET MY FIRST SHIPMENT! PROBABLY A WEEK LATER. SO........I GUESS THE PANAMA CANAL REALLY WORKS!? RJR |

Gentlemen
Here is the latest news. After a delay in the LA port by customs the ship finally left for Portland. However, once there it was again delayed by paperwork. However.........it was offloaded and trucked to Camerabooks.com's warehouse where it finally arrived late on Friday the 22nd! Yes, it is in the warehouse! Ken will be shipping my first order of 120 copies on Monday so I should have them in my posession by Friday the 29th. Hopefully, if all of this occurs as planned, and I can go without sleep over the weekend as well as work a 9 hour shift on Saturday and an 8 hour on Sunday, I will begin shipping on that Monday. Those of you who have ordered through me and have been so patient, it is getting really close now. Hang in there. The Houten show in the Netherlands was very successful and 50 copies of my book were sold that day, so they are making their way around Europe fairly well. We are hoping for a positive book review in the, hopefully, next issue of Shutterbug, which should help. I want to thank all of you who have been so patient. Some have paid as long as 7 weeks ago. I just hope you feel it was worth the wait. Thanks RJR |

not for 75 as Peter Lownds asked for). It's the best documented guide of the Nikon rangefinder system ever. Even the factory can't beat this.

It appears that most of the books i shipped out on Monday and Tuesday are arriving at their destinations. Getting some good feedback. I hope it proves to be
of value to all those who purchase it and that it was worth waiting for.

Those of you who will be attending NHS-Con11 in Vancouver should know that I will have books with me if you have not acquired one as yet. Also, keep in mind
that Tony Hurst will be there as well, so you can have both of us sign your copy. Those who already have the book might want to bring it to have Tony sign it
for you.
