        <![CDATA[ I tried to pay an eBay item using Paypal today, and found the previously available option for credit card payment is no longer available. My credit card
details are still valid, and the card is not expired. It seems that I can add an American Express credit card, and have all transactions paid in USD regardless
of the eBay currency. However, I can add any debit card with the VISA/Master card logo.


Is this part of the credit crunch bubble? ]]>

balance into the secondary account, then your backup funding cc is drawn on when making the purchase. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ i used it last night,   the link was still there,  just the text is much smaller,  they want you to bank account transfers,   so they don&#39;t get charged
fees.
