        <![CDATA[ Gentlemen,


As of today the printer has ordered the paper, the CDs are ready to be delivered to them and monies have been paid.


It will be printed in Brugge, Belgium. Hopefully the presses will begin to run next week.


Publisher has raised the cover price to 55 pounds or $110 but I think it will sell in the US for a flat $100.


Binding takes longer than printing but it gets trucked straight to England thru the tunnel then the US copies must come by boat. Delivery? Should be before... ]]>

making all pictures smaller before uploading, otherwise it takes hours...

			<description><![CDATA[ Today Bob visited me and I had suggested him to visit the printing company, as I knew they were ready for his book.

This company I know since I was young, I mean younger than today....
<br>
So Bob was excited.
<br>
This afternoon we drove to Bruges, my native town, and the first printing proof was ready.It must have been a hell of a job.
<br>
Over 500 pages, format din  A4 (21 x 29 cm approx.) hard cover, over 1300 pictures (thanks to Tony Hurst) some of them in full colour.

I go to Holland on the 7th for my usual visit to the Houten show. As you know my book is being printed in Brugge Belgium. By pure chance i am going to be 20
miles from Brugge on Friday the 9th and I am trying to arrange a visit to the press to see what progress they are making. It is possible that some proofs will
be available as they are beginning to prepare the presses on Monday!
